1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
2. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
3. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
5. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@bodily.fitness. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping. Once the item is received, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 10–14 business days.
- Express Shipping: 4–6 business days.
Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
7. Do you ship internationally?

10. What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
BODILY is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered to the address provided. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
